3. Takedown & Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, Desixm will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the content provider or author that the material has been removed.
  • In appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers’ access to the website.

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing the statutory elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
